Job summary

Woodlands Hospital is seeking an Associate Executive to support the Simulation and Clinical Training Centre (SCTC) and Surgical Skills Lab (SSL). This role involves hands-on operations to ensure training facilities, equipment, and specimens are well managed to support safe, efficient learning for healthcare professionals and trainees.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification in a relevant discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare or training.
• Experience in simulation centre operations, healthcare education support, or healthcare facilities management is advantageous.
• Experience handling biological or cadaveric specimens and/or simulation equipment is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain simulation and training equipment.
• Prepare training facilities and rooms for workshops and simulations.
• Coordinate with vendors, facilities teams, and stakeholders to address issues.
• Manage inventory and procurement related to training materials.
• Support departmental projects and cross-functional initiatives.
