Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a Technical Officer to support planning, setup, operation, and maintenance of simulation training equipment and facilities. You will provide technical support for simulation-based training programmes and work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, troubleshooting systems, maintaining records, and collaborating with IT/AV teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with healthcare simulation or AV systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and operation of simulation equipment and training environments for healthcare education programmes.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain simulation systems, medical devices, and related software.
• Provide technical support during training sessions, including simulation and debriefing activities.
• Collaborate with IT and Audio-Visual teams to optimize simulation and training systems.
• Maintain training records, equipment inventory, and operational documentation.
• Support process improvements, data management, and departmental projects.
