Job summary

Woodlands Health is seeking an Associate Executive, Clinical Operations (Medicine) to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations Director and the Division of Pre-Hospital and Medicine. You will coordinate meetings, logistics, procurement, and events, ensuring smooth daily operations across diverse clinical teams.

The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficient MS Office capabilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Office Administration, or related discipline.
• Experience in administrative, secretariat, coordination, or operational support roles.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
• Healthcare environment experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and administrative support to the Operations Director, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate division operations, meeting logistics, learning needs tracking, and data entry.
• Secretariat support for departmental meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Assist procurement, vendor coordination, quotations, and equipment deliveries.
• Support departmental events and staff engagement activities.
