ST Engineering Training & Simulation Systems Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable leader to oversee the daily operation of its simulation centre and to guide a team of controllers and technicians in delivering high-fidelity training solutions.

The role involves coordinating with OEMs, driving improvements, and ensuring training demands are met with exceptional reliability. You will manage resources, monitor KPIs, and deliver regular performance reports to senior management, while also conducting

Formación

• Experience with simulation systems is an advantage.
• Education, training and instructional certification is advantageous.
• Experience in RSN ships or Class B pilot qualification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the simulation centre on a daily basis.
• Manage manpower resources to meet training demands.
• Meet KPIs for the simulation centre's operations.
• Lead a team of controllers and maintenance staff.
• Lead project teams to develop future simulation systems.
• Collaborate with system OEMs based in Europe and Singapore for maintenance and enhancements.
• Provide regular reports on operations to management.
• Conduct training for learners.
