Job summary

SAFRA National Service Association is looking for a Senior Operations Executive to oversee club maintenance, customer service, housekeeping, fire safety, and security. The role ensures efficient clubhouse operations and supervision of external vendors driving maintenance, safety checks, and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing maintenance and operations in a clubhouse or similar facility.
• Strong vendor and contract management skills.
• Ability to lead safety and compliance programs (WSH).
• Proven track record of maintaining high service standards and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Manage suppliers, contractors, and external agencies for maintenance work.
• Oversee service contracts and tenders.
• Coordinate clubhouse projects with Facilities Planning & Management.
• Ensure vendor compliance with maintenance and renovation requirements.
• Control club operations within budget and safety guidelines.
• Lead regular inspections and performance reviews with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety regulations.
• Conduct security and fire safety audits and drills.
• Oversee pool and car park operations.
