Job summary

Singapore Association of Convention & Exhibition Organisers & Suppliers (SACEOS) invites a proactive Manager, Members Engagement & Events to shape the MICE landscape. You will lead flagship events like SMF, coordinate trade missions, and foster active member relationships.

You will plan, recruit, and retain members, administer membership records and fees, and deliver engaging Member Connect activities. The role demands strong execution, independent work, and excellent collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in member engagement, events or MICE.
• Strong operation and execution skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Manager, Members Engagement & Events. In this role, you will be supporting the association to manage member relationships, organise membership-related activities as well as SACEOS' flagship events and business missions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute SACEOS' flagship events, such as the Singapore MICE Forum and Asia CEO Summit. Mainly to support the Singapore MICE Forum (SMF), including but not limited to event planning and coordination, event operations and logistics, delegate recruitment and engagement.
• SMF Post-Event Evaluation& Reporting: Assist in post-event evaluation for SMF 2026, including gathering delegate and stakeholder feedback, consolidating performance data and preparing post-event reports. Support the identification of insights and areas for improvement, and contribute ideas to strengthen future editions of the Singapore MICE Forum.
• Trade Missions: Manage inbound and outbound trade missions, coordinating logistics, delegations, and business matching activities.
• Member Recruitment and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and retain members. Identify opportunities to add value to member organisations through targeted initiatives and resources to drive satisfaction and member retention.
• Member Connect Activities: Organise regular Member Connect activities, including networking sessions and workshops, to facilitate knowledge sharing and interaction among members.
• Membership Administration: Administer membership fee collection and membership database management.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in related fields.
• Prior experience in members engagement, events or familiarity with the MICE industry are advantageous.
• Takes initiative and work independently to complete assigned tasks within the given timeline.
• Strong operation and execution skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships with members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
