Job summary

Restaurant Association of Singapore is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Executive, Events & Programme to plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end events and educational/community programmes. You will work with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and participants to deliver impactful experiences.

Responsibilities include managing physical, virtual, and hybrid events, coordinating schedules, registrations, venue sourcing, AV, catering, and post-event reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in communications, event management, marketing, business or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in event management, program administration, or corporate communications.
• Proficiency with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Webex) and event management tools (e.g., Eventbrite).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage physical, virtual, and hybrid events, including seminars, workshops, networking, and large-scale conferences.
• Oversee daily programme operations, manage schedules, handle registration workflows, and liaise with speakers, trainers, and attendees.
• Coordinate event logistics, venue sourcing, AV setup, catering, and procurement. Prepare post-event reports and analyze participant feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, sponsors, partners, and participants to ensure smooth program execution.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to draft promotional materials, manage event invitations, and drive participant turnout.
• Assist in managing project budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining expenditure records.
