You'll handle quotations, shipping coordination, payments follow-up, and customer service across showroom and digital channels, contributing to strong client relationships and compliance with corporate standards. The role requires basic accounting knowledge and experience with SAP.

Responsabilités

• Process sales quotations and generate Sales Orders and Delivery Orders.
• Follow up with Materials Planner and customers to resolve missing details.
• Verify stock levels and payment records before processing orders.
• Coordinate shipment and delivery schedules with vendors and customers.
• Follow up with customers to collect payments per terms.
• Respond to customer inquiries about orders and deliveries.
