Private Advertiser is seeking a Sales Coordinator/Executive in Singapore to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. You will manage end-to-end sales activities, maintain data integrity, and coordinate with logistics and HQ on returns and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, sales, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in B2B, manufacturing, electronics, or FMCG distribution is valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales activities from pre- to post-sale with clients.
• Maintain accurate customer data, pricing, and records; process rebates and receivables.
• Oversee PSI and inventory reports; monitor market trends and control budgets.
• Coordinate with 3PL/logistics and HQ on returns, timelines, and docs.
• Analyze sales data and forecasts to provide actionable insights.
• Identify process improvements and support audits.
