AV Media Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Admin Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure smooth operations within the Client & Sales Administration department. This full-time role is based in Bukit Batok, offering a collaborative environment and opportunities for growth.

You will process orders, manage client records, prepare quotes, delivery orders and invoices, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and deliver excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in a client-facing or sales support role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry.
• Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and prioritise multiple tasks a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, managing client records, and maintaining accurate sales data
• Assist with the preparation of sales-related documents, such as quotes, delivery order and invoices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients
• Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and help identify opportunities for process improvements
