Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing coordinator to support the Leasing Team. You will contact potential clients via email and phone to understand their business needs and to categorise prospects based on their requirements.

You will coordinate and arrange Show Suite previews with the Leasing & Marketing Team, provide general sales, leasing and marketing administrative support, and assist the team with ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level.
• Experience in sales and marketing preferred.
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and email.
• Organised, proactive and able to follow up promptly.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via email and phone to understand their business needs.
• Identify and categorise prospective clients based on their requirements.
• Coordinate and arrange Show Suite previews for potential clients with the Leasing & Marketing Team.
• Provide general sales, leasing and marketing administrative support.
