Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Higher educational certifications (e.g., Diploma/Degree) with pay scaled according to scope and qualifications.

• Prepare detailed performance reports analyzing online sales campaigns and activities to guide strategic decisions
• Respond promptly to customer queries, resolve order processing issues, returns, and complaints to ensure excellent customer service
• Develop and implement automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency
