Job summary

ESFIRA PTE LTD is seeking a shipping coordinator cum buyer to manage end-to-end shipping, coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, and maintain accurate documentation.

The role requires strong negotiation, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. Diploma holder with 2–4 years of experience in shipping is preferred; English and Chinese proficiency is required. 5 Day Work Week; 13th month bonus available.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with 2–4 years in shipping or coordination.
• Strong negotiation and sourcing abilities.
• Good English and Chinese language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and purchasing; request quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize purchase orders.
• Maintain supplier relationships and routine communications on order status.
• Arrange shipments by air, sea, or land; coordinate freight forwarders and transport companies.
