Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring vessel arrival and departure schedules and updating operational records.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, port clearance paperwork, and declarations
• Coordinate with shipowners, vessel crew, shipping partners and service providers on operational arrangements.
• Assist in arranging ship supplies, marine services and crew-related requirements.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and other shipping-related documents.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding documents and operational matters.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations.
