NAMSUNG SHIPPING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Shipping Assistant to support voyage, vessel management and documentation.

You will coordinate schedules, monitor port calls, and liaise with Masters, charterers and offices to ensure timely, compliant operations. You will oversee maintenance and repair coordination, manage DG safety, ensure regulatory compliance (SOLAS, MARPOL, IMDG), and handle sea freight documentation, bookings, and loading instructions.

Qualificações

• Experience in shipping operations and vessel management.
• Skilled in handling documentation and port call coordination.
• Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Voyage and vessel management: monitor ETA/ETD, coordinate port calls and notify stakeholders.
• Maintenance & Repair oversight: oversee repairs, approve estimates and manage budgets.
• Cargo Operations & DG monitoring: ensure DG handling compliance and safe cargo movements.
• Compliance & Safety: ensure operations meet SOLAS, MARPOL, IMDG Code and port/state rules.
• Documentation: manage sea shipments bookings and full sets of shipping documents.
