RENASENSE SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics-focused professional in Singapore to oversee end-to-end vessel bookings, cargo movements, and documentation.

The role requires coordinating with shipping lines, customers, ports, warehouses, and transport providers to secure space and arrange timely collection and delivery of cargo. You will prepare shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and customs declarations, handle Letters of Credit when needed, and monitor shipments to address

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating vessel bookings with shipping lines, customers, ports and service providers.
• Ability to prepare and verify shipping documents and trade compliance requirements.
• Experience interpreting documentary requirements for Letters of Credit and related processes.
• Analytical mindset to track shipments and resolve disruptions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage vessel bookings and cargo movement by coordinating with shipping lines, customers, ports, warehouses and transport providers to secure vessel space and arrange cargo collection and delivery.
• Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation, including Bills of Lading, Shipping Instructions, customs declarations and other trade documents.
• Handle Letters of Credit and trade-related documentation where required, coordinating with customers, banks and internal teams to meet documentary requirements.
• Monitor and resolve shipment exceptions by tracking containers, following vessel movements and coordinating corrective actions when delays, rollovers or cargo issues occur.
• Manage freight costs and customer billing by checking carrier/vendor invoices, verifying freight charges and preparing accurate final invoices to customers.
• Maintain and close shipment job files by ensuring all operational, financial and shipping documents are properly recorded and updated in the company's systems.

• Shipping Documentation & Trade Compliance to prepare, check and maintain accurate shipping documentation while applying relevant customs and trade requirements.
• Trade Documentation & LC Processing, interpret documentary requirements, identify discrepancies and ensure supporting shipping documents are consistent.
• Shipment Tracking & Problem Solving analyse shipment status, identify potential disruptions, communicate with stakeholders and implement timely solutions.
• Freight Cost Management & Billing to understand freight charges, surcharges, vendor billing and perform basic cost verification and reconciliation.
• Logistics Administration, Analysis & Process Improvement able to maintain accurate shipment records, analyse recurring operational issues and recommend practical improvements to existing workflows.
