Job summary

KabelTec Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipment execution across sea, air and land routes. You will liaise with internal teams, customers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

The role requires at least 1 year in logistics or freight forwarding, familiarity with Incoterms and customs basics, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of operational experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping.
• Knowledge of shipment coordination, freight documentation, Incoterms, and basic customs procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
• Reliable, independent, and a strong team player.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and follow-up skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, customers, freight forwarders, carriers and shipping lines to ensure timely shipment execution.
• Arrange sea, air and land shipments, including cross-trade and transshipment movements where required.
• Verify commercial invoices, packing lists, customs permits, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, insurance documents.
• Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Follow up on document discrepancies, shipment delays and operational issues.
• Maintain complete and organized shipping and trade records.
