Operational Execution & Resource Planning

• Manage daily warehouse workflows, allocating personnel and equipment to consistently meet shipping schedules and production targets.
• Optimize space utilization and layout to boost overall storage capacity and workflow efficiency.

Team Leadership & Safety Management

• Mentor and coach staff to resolve daily operational bottlenecks while enforcing strict workplace safety standards.
• Drive 5S principles to maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and environmental controls across all storage areas.

Inventory Control & Audit Readiness

• Direct daily transactions and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure real-time inventory accuracy while flagging slow-moving or obsolete stock.
• Enforce proper handling, storage, and preservation protocols to prevent material damage during movement.
• Maintain complete, audit-ready documentation for all logistics, inventory, customs, and shipping activities.

Compliance, Customs & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to streamline logistics processes and resolve issues rapidly.
• Ensure operations adhere to SOPs, internal controls, regulatory mandates, and global trade/customs regulations.
• Support regulatory audits and track team KPIs to identify continuous improvement opportunities across shipping and receiving operations.

• Preferably candidates with at least 3 years of logistics, shipping and warehousing experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry
