Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support shipments, liaise with customers and overseas agents, and ensure timely dispatch of documentation.

You will handle enquiries, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure compliance with customs, Incoterms, and accurate freight documentation.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, 1–3 years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics, and a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and customs regulations.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and air/sea freight processes.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to ensure documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle general enquiries regarding shipments, ETA and charges.
• Converse with customers to identify needs.
• Dispatch shipping documents to customers and overseas agents.
• Liaise with customers and overseas agents on shipping activities.
• Ensure documentation complies with customs regulations and trade requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
• Follow policies, standards, and procedures.
• Support ad-hoc duties as required.
