Job summary

FROSTS FOOD & BEVERAGE (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Assistant to support the Purchasing Team in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and maintaining accurate shipping documentation.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and on‑the‑job training will be provided. The role focuses on coordinating local and international shipments, preparing documents, liaising with freight forwarders, tracking status, and ensuring compliance with customs requirements.

Qualifications

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (advantage).
Fresh graduates welcome; no prior experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Organised, meticulous, responsible, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and with different departments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor local and international shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and maintain shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs docs).
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments to facilitate shipments.
Track shipment status and provide timely updates for planning.
Follow up on delays, discrepancies, and logistics issues.
Assist with Singapore Customs requirements and TradeNet declarations.
