Job summary

FROSTS FOOD & BEVERAGE (PTE.) LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Assistant to support the Purchasing Team with inbound and outbound shipments, documentation, and scheduling.

Fresh graduates are welcome and on-the-job training will be provided. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in logistics or related field, basic MS Excel skills, and good communication to coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouse, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, SCM, or related field.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and with teams.
• Fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor local and international shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Liaise with freight forwarders and internal departments.
• Track shipment status and provide updates.
• Follow up on delays and discrepancies.
• Assist with Singapore Customs requirements and permits.
• Coordinate with warehouse on shipment receiving and records.
• Maintain shipment and inventory documentation for audits.
• Perform other shipping and administrative duties.
