Responsibilities

• Handling both sea & air import/export shipments.
• Monitoring shipment status and keeping customers updated on shipment dates.
• Follow up with cargo delivery status.
• Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, permits, COO, PV, DO, etc.
• Liaise with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
• Build a good relationship with the client.
• Issue billing & take in vendor invoices and close jobs.
