RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Export Shipping Executive to manage export documentation, coordinate shipping operations, and support daily logistics to ensure timely deliveries to overseas customers.

The role requires 5+ years in export shipping or logistics, experience in the food industry, and familiarity with ERP systems. The job is based in Singapore with standard office hours and a five-day work week.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of relevant experience in export shipping or logistics operations.
• Experience in the food industry and with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior management to support new and existing customers with effective logistics solutions.
• Handle export documentation and shipping operations end to end.
• Book vessel space with shipping lines and provide booking confirmations.
• Coordinate with SFA officers for Export Health Certificate applications.
• Prepare shipping documents for bank negotiation under L/C and D/P terms.
• Arrange endorsements with embassies and government authorities.
• Verify freight and shipping-related charges and ensure financial security prior to loading/discharge.
• Provide coverage during leave periods and handle daily operational matters including warehouse issues.
• Perform stock allocation and inventory coordination.
• Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned.

• S$2,600 – S$3,300 + Performance Bonus (PB)


• Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM


• Work Location: Pioneer


• Annual Leave: 14 days

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Export Shipping Executive to manage export documentation, coordinate shipping operations, and support daily logistics activities while ensuring smooth and timely deliveries to overseas customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior management to support new and existing customers by providing effective logistics solutions.


• Handle the full spectrum of export documentation and shipping operations.


• Book vessel space with shipping lines and provide booking confirmations to customers.


• Liaise with SFA officers for Export Health Certificate applications.


• Prepare and arrange shipping documents for bank negotiation under L/C and D/P payment terms.


• Arrange document endorsements with embassies and relevant government authorities.


• Verify freight and shipping-related charges.


• Ensure all necessary financial security is in place prior to cargo loading or discharge.


• Provide coverage for the Export Shipping Executive during leave periods.


• Handle daily operational matters, including warehouse and production troubleshooting.


• Perform stock allocation and inventory coordination.


• Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned.
