Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking aShipping Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipping documentation and coordination with warehouses, forwarders and liners. You will handle customs declarations, permits, HS code checks and vessel nominations to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires coordination across departments and overseas partners to obtain competitive freight rates and smooth import/export operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of Shipping Documents (Import/Export, Back to Back & Transhipment) including D/O, Invoices, COO (FTA), etc.
• Customs Permit Declaration & CNB Licence Application
• Liase and Co-ordinate with Warehouse, Freight Forwarders & Liners
• Source for competitive freight rates
• Liase with overseas customers/suppliers and work closely with various departments
• Checking of HS Codes
• Checking and accepting of vessel nomination
• Liase with overseas customers
