Job summary

YENISEI EXPRESS PTE. LTD. Singapore seeks a logistics coordinator to manage import/export documentation and coordination with carriers, customers, and agents.

You will ensure accuracy of permits, invoices, and shipping papers, and monitor shipment progress to resolve issues promptly. Responsibilities include negotiating freight rates, preparing quotations, liaising on timelines, and ensuring compliance with customs and internal procedures while maintaining records and supporting smooth delivery

Qualifications

• Experience with import/export documentation and permits.
• Familiarity with shipping documents such as BL, DO, notices, and invoices.
• Ability to liaise with customers, carriers, and agents to coordinate shipments.

Responsibilities

• Handle import and export permits and shipping documents (BL, DO, notices, invoices).
• Coordinate bookings, cargo movement, and shipment status with carriers, customers, and agents.
• Negotiate freight rates and prepare quotations based on shipment requirements.
• Liaise with customers on instructions, timelines, and shipment follow-up.
• Work with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth delivery and fulfilment.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve documentation or operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of permits, quotations, documents, and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with customs, shipping regulations, and internal procedures.
• 5.5 days work week.
