Job summary

ASIA ENTERPRISES (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Administrator to manage the end-to-end shipping process in Singapore. You will coordinate documentation, handle contract matters, and ensure timely processing of LC and related paperwork.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with exposure to import/export documentation. This position offers a stable, full-time role in a busy office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or shipping management.
• Knowledge of import and export documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work half a day on one Saturday a month.
