One Vogue Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Shipping Coordinator - Export (LCL) to manage export bookings and coordinate cargo movements with shippers, lines, warehouses and internal teams.

The role involves handling inquiries, quotations and shipment updates across local and overseas stakeholders. The ideal candidate will prepare B/L drafts, ensure AMS/ACI compliance and monitor shipments to resolve discrepancies.

Formación

• Relevant experience in export shipping, freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Good knowledge of LCL export shipments, export procedures and shipping documentation.
• Familiar with cargo bookings, Bills of Lading (B/L) preparation and AMS/ACI filing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Handle local and overseas customer enquiries, freight quotations, shipment updates and cargo-related issues.
• Coordinate LCL export bookings and follow up with shippers to ensure accurate shipment arrangements.
• Liaise with shipping lines, warehouses, transporters and internal teams to coordinate cargo movements and schedules.
• Prepare shipping documents, Bills of Lading (B/L) drafts and other export-related paperwork.
• Ensure timely submission of AMS/ACI declarations and compliance with export shipping requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve cargo discrepancies, damages, short shipments and quantity differences.
• Provide regular shipment updates to customers and coordinate with Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Assist the Export Manager with freight rate negotiations, customer follow-ups and export service improvements.

Location: Jurong East

Basic Salary: $3300 - $3800
