Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd in Singapore is seeking a shipping/logistics coordinator to manage shipment documents, coordinate with warehouse for export/import, liaise with freight forwarders, and resolve issues.

You will monitor status, advise on freight costs to the sales team, and look for cost-saving measures while maintaining service quality. This role is based at Woodlands Link near MRT, with hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Relevant working experience
• Experience with import/export regulations and customs procedures

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment documents (e.g., invoice, packing list, bill of lading) to facilitate seamless customs clearance
• Coordinate with warehouse team for export/import shipment preparation (i.e. cargo pick up, shipping marks)
• Liaise with freight forwarder on cargo space and shipment arrangement
• Resolving any issue or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process
• Handle order modifications, cancellations, and requests for returns or exchanges
• Monitor and follow up on shipment status
• Advise and provide freight cost to sales department
• Monitor shipping costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality
