Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Executive / Shipping Admin in Singapore.

This role involves supporting sales, coordinating with customers and transporters, and handling documentation for import/export and delivery orders. The position requires 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding and entails daily contact with clients and partners. Working hours are 5 days a week from 8:30am to 5:30pm (or 8:30am-5:00pm on Fridays) with a salary range of SGD 2,800 to SGD

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the sales department.
• Coordinate between customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Prepare documentation for import, export, transshipment, and delivery order (D/O) release.
• Verify all related costs and charges.
• Handle customer enquiries on freight rates, shipment tracking, and related matters.
• Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment processes.
