Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a logistics coordinator to manage export/import shipments and ensure smooth customs clearance in Woodlands, Singapore.

You will coordinate documents, liaise with freight forwarders and warehouse teams, monitor shipment status and assist sales with costings. The role offers regular hours, salary range SGD 2,300–3,200 per month, and a dynamic team in Woodlands area.

Qualifications

Relevant working experience.
Experience with import/export regulations and customs procedures.

Responsibilities

Manage shipment documents (e.g., invoice, packing list, bill of lading) to facilitate seamless customs clearance
To co-ordinate with warehouse team for export/import shipment preparation (i.e. cargo pick up, shipping marks)
Liaise with freight forwarder on cargo space and shipment arrangement
Resolving any issue or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process
Handle order modifications, cancellations, and requests for returns or exchanges
Monitor and follow up on shipment status
Advise and provide freight cost to sales department
Monitor shipping costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality

Location: Woodlands Link nearest MRT (Sembawang / Admiralty)
