Frosts Food & Beverage (Pte) Ltd in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensure timely delivery, and maintain accurate shipping documentation. You will coordinate local and international shipments, prepare shipping documents, liaise with freight forwarders, and monitor order status to support planning and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Admin or related field with 2–3 years experience in shipping/logistics.
• Valid Singapore TradeNet Declarant Licence.
• Experience with import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor local and international shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, B/Ls, customs docs).
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments to facilitate shipments.
• Track shipment status and provide updates to purchasing, logistics, and sales teams.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and delays to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs, TradeNet declarations, and permits.
• Coordinate warehouse receiving and closing shipments to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain shipment records and related documentation for audits.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensure timely delivery, and maintain accurate shipping documentation. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and experience in logistics or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor local and international shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs documentation, to maintain compliance and accuracy
• Liaise effectively with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments such as purchasing, logistics, and finance to facilitate smooth shipment processes
• Track shipment status and provide timely updates to purchasing, logistics, and sales teams to support operational planning
• Resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, and logistics-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations, TradeNet declarations, import/export permit processing, and company procedures
• Coordinate warehouse receiving and closing shipments to maintain inventory accuracy
• Maintain accurate shipment records and inventory-related documentation for audit and operational purposes

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Singapore TradeNet® Declarant Licence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate across teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset to identify and resolve issues
