Job summary

HMM (SG) Pte Ltd is seeking a cargo/logistics analyst to implement pricing strategies, perform market intelligence, and manage KPI performance. The role involves optimizing vessel capacity, monitoring bookings, and coordinating cargo routing with HQ.

Diploma/Degree in Business, Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
1–3 years of shipping experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Pricing - Execute and optimise pricing strategies and analyze abnormality; collaborate with stakeholders on pricing moves/trends.
Market intelligence and data analysis – conduct market research, supply/demand, and account group analysis.
KPI management – set up and monitor KPI performance and communicate with stakeholders to meet sales targets.
Space control – optimise vessel capacity, monitor booking forecast, and decide on cargo routing and roll-over management; coordinate with HQ and stakeholders on loadability.
Support business development and commercial activities.
