Job summary

CMA CGM Singapore is seeking a capable analyst to support growth in our container shipping business. You will report to the Trade Manager for Transpacific Trade and focus on allocation management and performance reporting.

Responsibilities include maintaining the release system, analyzing vessel performance and market dynamics, and refining Trade dashboards for strategic decision-making. A strong Excel and data-visualization skillset is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Tertiary education in shipping, logistics management or business administration.
Around 2 years of reporting experience in the maritime industry.
Proficient in Excel, Vlookup and Pivot tables mandatory.
Experience with Power Query, VBA, and dashboard tools (Qliksense/PowerBI/Tableau); Power Automate is a plus.
IT-savvy with data presentation and visualization skills.
Good market knowledge.

Responsibilities

50% - Internal booking management and release system: run allocations and adjust vessels’ profiles; coordinate across departments to ensure data accuracy.
50% - Management reporting: analyze vessel performance, market outlook, and prepare management-ready presentations; maintain dashboards and improve reports.
