Zhenghe Logistics is seeking a Shipping Assistant in Singapore to support import/export processes, prepare and verify documentation, and ensure timely handling of sea and air freight paperwork.

You will liaise with clients and shipping lines, process bills of lading drafts, permits, and certificates via Tradeweb, and coordinate with warehouses and transporters to arrange delivery and clearance.

Qualifications

• GC E O-level qualification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication skills for phone and email correspondence.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and verify import/export documentation to ensure compliance.
• Liaise with clients regarding certificates.
• Coordinate with shipping lines and forwarders for transshipment.
• Process bills of lading drafts and original BL printing.
• Handle permits and certificate applications using Tradeweb.
• Data entry and document filing in the in-house system.
• Assist with delivery arrangements and warehouse coordination.
