Job summary

Educare Human Capital is assisting a Logistics 3PL MNC to fill a Shipping Assistant position in Singapore.

You will coordinate end-to-end shipping and logistics, handle import/export documents, scheduling, and liaise with customers, freight forwarders, carriers and 3PLs.

The role is 50% desk-bound and 50% in the warehouse, with 8:00am to 5:30pm hours, Monday to Friday; permanent role with salary SGD 2,000–2,500 and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of logistics/warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to use basic warehouse systems.
• Willing to perform overtime and lift 10–15 kg.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping functions and update shipping database.
• Coordinate shipment scheduling and document preparation.
• Handle import/export shipments/documents (DO, B/L, tax invoice).
• Liaise with customers and 3PL for planning and execution.
• Arrange shipments with carriers and couriers; prepare invoices.

Our client is a Logistics 3PL MNC looking to expand their team due to growing business

• Multiple Locations around Singapore (Pioneer or Woodlands)
• Monday to Friday Office Hour Job - 8am to 5:30pm
• This is a permanent role directly with our client
• Salary is $2000-2500 with Performance Bonus.

We are looking for a Shipping Assistant for coordinating and managing end-to-end shipping and logistics operations to ensure the timely and accurate movement of goods.

The role ensures handling import and export documentation, shipment scheduling, and coordination with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, courier services, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

Do not that this role is 50% Desk-bound and 50% Warehouse role.

Responsibilities

• Perform all shipping functions, including shipping database update and necessary operations support
• Co-ordinate with all related parties for shipment scheduling and document preparation
• Handle import and export shipments/documents (e.g. delivery order/billing of lading, tax invoice, arrival notice and etc.) to ensure smooth shipment and timely delivery
• Liaise with customers and 3PL crater for shipment planning and job executions
• Liaising and coordinate with carriers / forwarders with regards to outboard shipments
• Shipment arrangement with courier service (e.g. FedEx , DHL, TNT etc)
• Manual Commercial Invoice processing (ZNCI /K2 SR). Preparation of SAP generated invoice , Crating List , packing list , LC (Letter of Credit)

Requirements

• Computer literate and able to use basic warehouse systems
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics/warehouse industry or related education background is preferred
• Good attendance, punctuality, and positive working attitude
• Comfortable with Packing responsibilities and standing for extended periods of time
• Willing to perform overtime when required
• Able to work in a warehouse environment and able to lift heavy objects (10-15kg).
