Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a meticulous logistics documentation specialist to support import and export shipments. You will prepare, verify and maintain shipping documents and liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of all paperwork.

Daily duties include managing permits, airway bills and bills of lading, coordinating with external logistics partners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Support daily logistics operations and documentation processing.
