is seeking a logistics coordinator to process shipping documents, monitor shipment movements, delivery progress and POD status, and coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure accurate shipping arrangements and delivery schedules for new and existing products. Job description

• Process shipping documents and monitor shipment movements, delivery progress and Proof of Delivery (POD) status.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure accurate shipping arrangements and delivery schedules for new and existing products.
• Handle damaged shipment claims and coordinate with relevant parties to follow up on claim resolutions.
• Work closely with logistics planners to forecast customer shipment requirements and coordinate logistics plans to ensure timely product availability.
• Support the coordination and movement of goods from order processing through to final delivery.
• Liaise with the Facility Manager and Warehouse team on waste disposal, detrashing and recycling matters.
• Coordinate with the Finance team on supplier invoices and related documentation.
• Follow up on incoming materials and outgoing finished goods to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain good working relationships with logistics vendors, suppliers and internal departments to support smooth operations.
• Ensure shipping activities comply with cross-border transportation requirements, customs regulations and international trade procedures.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly logistics reports within the required timelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
