Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore invites applications for an administrative and operational role supporting daily shipping and logistics activities. You will handle shipping documents, monitor shipments, verify POD records, and coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely deliveries.

The position requires close collaboration with warehouse, finance and logistics vendors, while maintaining compliance with shipping procedures and cross-border requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for daily shipping and logistics activities.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, monitor shipment status and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) records.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery arrangements with internal departments, customers and logistics service providers.
• Monitor the movement of incoming materials and outgoing finished goods to ensure deliveries are completed on schedule.
• Assist in handling damaged shipment claims and coordinate follow-ups with logistics vendors.
• Support logistics planning activities by monitoring customer shipment requirements and coordinating the flow of goods.
• Liaise with warehouse and facility personnel on detrashing, recycling and waste management matters.
• Assist the Finance team with supplier invoice verification and documentation follow-ups.
• Maintain good working relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to support efficient logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with shipping procedures, customs declarations and cross-border transportation requirements.
• Update weekly and monthly logistics reports accurately and on time.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
