Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics officer in Singapore to handle shipping documentation, coordinate import/export shipments and track PODs and delivery schedules.

You will liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, proper customs clearance, and timely delivery of goods. Prior experience in logistics is desirable.

Job description

Handle shipping documentation and coordinate import and export shipment arrangements.

Track shipment movements, delivery schedules and proof of delivery (POD).

Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, customers and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment operations.

Coordinate cross-border transportation and customs clearance activities.

Manage damaged shipment claims and follow up on shipping discrepancies.

Work closely with logistics planners and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of goods.

Assist with supplier invoice checking and logistics-related administrative matters.

Support waste management and recycling coordination with the relevant departments.

Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare regular logistics reports.
