Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Store Operations Coordinator (Warehouse) to oversee receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch of ship spares at our Singapore facility. You will work closely with operations and transport teams to ensure accurate records and timely movements.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehouse operations, a forklift license, and a willingness to handle logistics tasks from receiving to documentation while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience in ship spares logistics is a plus.
• Possess Forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming ship spares and verify against documents.
• Maintain accurate storage locations and perform daily cycle counts in WMS.
• Pack, pick, and dispatch items with proper documentation and scheduling.
• Coordinate with drivers and vendors for timely deliveries.
• Update cargo movement and receiving data in the system for audit trail.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety regulations, using PPE.
• Support customer service with cargo readiness updates and inquiries.
