Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operative to handle receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of ship spares.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Forklift licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect ship spares; verify quantities and part numbers.
• Store and allocate cargo in designated locations; maintain accurate inventory.
• Prepare items for dispatch; coordinate with drivers and transport vendors.
• Update WMS with receiving, storage, and dispatch information in real time.
• Maintain documentation for audit and traceability; assist with reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and SOPs.
