TALENT TITANS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a shipbroking professional to connect shipowners with charterers and secure cargo space. You will negotiate commercial terms for voyage charters, time charters, and COAs, and monitor market trends to advise clients.

The role requires 2–5 years in shipbroking or tanker cargoes, familiarity with tanker vessels, and strong negotiation and communication skills to liaise with international stakeholders.

  • Maintain daily contact with oil majors, traders, chemical producers, and owners.
  • Draft, review, and execute fixture recaps and charter party documentation.
  • Work with post-fixture teams to ensure smooth voyages and resolve disputes.

Key Requirements

- Degree in Maritime, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience); ICs membership is a plus.

- 2 to 5 years in shipbroking or tanker cargoes/specialized commodity trading.

- Familiar with tanker vessel types, cargo compatibility, and port restrictions.

- Strong voyage calculation abilities and sharp commercial negotiation skills.

- Proactive, adaptable, and an excellent communicator with international stakeholders.
