Job summary

Capgemini Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the migration of intranet and document repositories to SharePoint Online. You will work with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors to assess current-state environments and translate requirements into actionable specs.

The role emphasizes governance, change management and ensuring the information architecture supports collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting Microsoft 365 or SharePoint initiatives.
• Experience participating in SharePoint Online migration or document management projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Good understanding of SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, permissions, metadata and search.
• Experience preparing business requirements, functional specs, user stories and test scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of existing SharePoint sites, document repositories, permissions, workflows and integrations.
• Gather and analyse business, functional and non-functional requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Identify current pain points and future-state requirements for migration and design.
• Support migration strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate testing activities, defects and user acceptance testing (UAT).
