Job summary

Sagl Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Messaging & Collaboration Engineer to oversee SharePoint and Office 365, delivering secure, scalable collaboration services across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms.

You will manage migrations, enforce governance, perform system health tasks, and troubleshoot issues within SLAs, while leveraging Power Platform tools to enhance business collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years enterprise SharePoint administration experience.
• Experience across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud SharePoint environments.
• Strong governance, security, and permission management skills.
• Experience with migrations and upgrades between SharePoint versions.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-premises SharePoint server environments (2010-2019) and SharePoint Online.
• Execute migrations and upgrades between SharePoint versions.
• Define governance policies and enforce security and permissions.
• Perform patching, backups, DR planning, and health checks.
• Troubleshoot issues, handle end-user tickets, and escalations per SLAs.
• Leverage Power Platform to enhance collaboration tools.
• Monitor usage and perform root cause analysis for high availability.
• Administer AD integration and basic SQL Server duties.
