Job summary

SAGL Consulting seeks an experienced Messaging & Collaboration Engineer to oversee SharePoint and Office 365 environments in Singapore. You will deliver secure, scalable collaboration services, perform migrations, and maintain system health across on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms.

The role requires deep hands‑on expertise in enterprise SharePoint administration, governance, and automation, with a focus on reliability and user success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of IT experience focused on enterprise SharePoint Administration.
• Experience creating and customizing Web Applications, Team Sites, Document Libraries, and service applications.
• Strong troubleshooting for web parts, permissions, and document access.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional resolver groups and end-users.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and administer SharePoint on-premises and SharePoint Online.
• Execute migrations between on-premises and SharePoint Online.
• Define and enforce governance policies and security settings.
• Perform patching, updates, backups, and DR planning.
• Troubleshoot architecture issues and handle end-user tickets (JIRA/Remedy).
• Leverage Power Platform tools to enhance collaboration.
• Monitor usage reports and ensure high availability.
• Administer AD integration and basic SQL Server management.
