Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Messaging & Collaboration Engineer to deliver secure, scalable SharePoint and SQL Server-based collaboration services across on‑premises, hybrid, and Microsoft 365 environments.

You will manage SharePoint farms and site collections, administer SQL Server, and drive automation with PowerShell. The role emphasizes governance, security, high availability, and incident response in a large enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
• Certifications relevant to the services provided (certifications carry additional weightage on a candidate’s qualification for the role).
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate.

Responsibilities

• SharePoint Administration: Manage and maintain SharePoint farms and site collections.
• SQL Server Management: Administer SQL Server environments supporting SharePoint and other applications.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks.
• Security & Compliance: Implement least-privilege access models and secure configurations.
• Monitoring & Reliability: Implement proactive monitoring and incident resolution; participate in on-call rotations.
