Job summary

SAGL CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Messaging & Collaboration Engineer to manage enterprise Microsoft 365 platforms in a hybrid setting. You will administer Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Skype for Business, and Enterprise Voice, with PowerShell automation to ensure high availability and security.

The role covers hybrid migrations, 365 integration, and ongoing platform optimization. Strong troubleshooting, communication skills, and certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft Messaging & Collaboration platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Skype for Business.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 hybrid environments and migration projects.
• Good PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Microsoft 365 certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Exchange Server (On-Premises) and Exchange Online.
• Manage Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Skype for Business, and Enterprise Voice services.
• Perform hybrid mailbox migrations and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administration and reporting.
• Manage mail flow, security, certificates, patching, and platform upgrades.
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support high availability, disaster recovery, and continuous service improvement.
