Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Analyst (SharePoint) to join a Central team on a 1-year renewable contract.

The role focuses on migration planning, governance, and requirements gathering to enable improved collaboration and information sharing. You will work with vendors to align designs and timelines, and support BAU activities. The ideal candidate has hands-on SharePoint Online experience, knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, and strong collaboration with technical teams and

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience with SharePoint Online beyond end-user usage.
Experience in SharePoint/document migration including planning, testing and validation.
Strong understanding of SharePoint sites, libraries, metadata, permissions, navigation and IA.
Experience gathering requirements and working with technical teams and external vendors.
Experience in IT governance, risk, security or compliance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead or support SharePoint Online migration planning including sites, content, permissions, workflows, IA.
Gather business requirements and translate into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
Define and improve governance: ownership, permissions, content lifecycle, access management.
Collaborate with vendors to review designs, migration plans, deliverables, timelines and risks.
Coordinate testing, migration validation, cutover and post-implementation activities.
Engage stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved collaboration and information sharing.
Support SharePoint BAU activities including incidents, enhancements and changes.
