Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist to orchestrate campaigns, translate strategic requirements into actionable plans, and collaborate with global teams. The role involves audience segmentation, request reviews, and troubleshooting content and URLs to ensure smooth delivery.

You will work with leading marketing automation platforms and support client engagements, including coordination with Korea-based partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in marketing incl. campaign management or related roles.
• Experience with marketing automation vendors such as Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Marketo, SFMC or Responsys.
• Knowledge of email compliance requirements.
• Korean language proficiency (TOPIK Level 4 or equivalent) for Korea client work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to liaise with stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Client service delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Campaign orchestration including automation configuration.
• Coordinate with team to translate strategy into business requirements.
• Review and interpretation of campaign requests.
• Configure target audiences through segmentation models.
• Troubleshoot content creation, personalization, dynamic content, and URL issues.
• Build registration pages via On24 for webinars with content owners.
• Attend client webinars in a background support role.
• Manage client and team expectations; flag risks and escalation needs.
• Collaborate with platform integrations.
• Collaborate with team and Korean-speaking clients and partners.
