APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Campaign Operations specialist to configure and optimize email campaigns using marketing automation platforms in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves translating requirements into specs, managing segmentation, and ensuring on-time delivery while supporting client webinars and coordinating with integration teams.

Experience with Marketo or ON24 preferred; knowledge of email compliance and strong troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or a marketing agency.
• Knowledge of email marketing compliance.
• Experience with at least one marketing automation platform.
• Strong prioritization, documentation and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in client service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Configure and execute marketing campaigns and email automation.
• Review campaign requests and translate marketing requirements into campaign specifications.
• Configure target audiences using segmentation models.
• Troubleshoot email content, personalization, dynamic content, and URL issues.
• Create webinar registration pages using ON24 and coordinate content with webinar owners.
• Provide technical support during client webinars.
• Coordinate with platform integration teams.
• Monitor project progress, manage expectations, and elevate risks or issues.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet requirements.
